As a private individual I followed a refresher course with Tom to brush up on my knowledge in WebDevelopment. Both the support and guidance were excellent. He is very professional and was able to challenge me as a student by asking the right questions to check whether I actually master the subject. He knows how to transfer the teaching material enthusiastically and at the same time calmly and is very happy to share his knowledge.
A good teacher is always approachable and understanding towards students and Tom certainly is! He also creates a fun but most of all motivating atmosphere during the lessons. Always ready to answer questions or explain things; he remains helpful and above all patient. Tom is very familiar with the target group and can handle this well and anticipate on it with regards to the themes of the lessons. I have noticed that he can deliver excellent customization due to his flexibility and broad expertise.
